Cellar Cooling

Cellar Cooling units are designed to maintain temperatures required for beer or wine cellars in pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants.

The temperature of the drink served to you is crucial, and when it is being stored it’s even more important.

Even the slighted temperature change can have catastrophic effects, so it’s important that temperature is maintained accurately and consistently.

There are two main parts to every cellar cooler: the cooling system and the condensing unit which work in tandem to make sure the temperature is kept within the selected range.

Temperature sensors detect the temperature of the room. If the room temperature begins to creep above optimum levels, the cooling system is turned on again. Too cold? Then it turns off. The fans, however, run continuously.
